Assaje is made from vines grown on the sandy soil of the Sulcis region of the south of the island. Deep in colour and rich in mediterranean spice flavours such as clove.

Pure Vermentino from granite soils of the north of the island. Honeysuckle and honey scented with a rich palate of peach and apricot. Italy's equivalent to condrieu.
